Building the governed layer between landscape evidence and action.

Tropos is developing a connected environmental intelligence platform around a simple commercial belief: consequential land decisions need more than isolated data, software or AI output.

Early-stage company conversation

01

The opportunity Tropos is addressing

Forestry, agriculture and land operations increasingly generate imagery, field observations, operational records and analytical outputs. The challenge is keeping that evidence connected to its source, limitations, validation and the people authorised to act.

Tropos is being built as the governed layer across that journey: from requirement and operational context through field capture and domain analysis to an accountable human decision.

  • Fragmented operational and environmental data
  • Growing analytical capability
  • Need for provenance and assurance
  • Human accountability

02

A product family—not a single-use application

Operations™ and Field™ govern work and capture. SilvaSense™ applies forestry intelligence. AgriSense™ develops agricultural intelligence through controlled trials. Intelligence™ governs datasets, models and evaluation. Assistant™ helps authorised people navigate source-linked information.

Each product can address a focused need independently. Connected as a platform, the products preserve more context and create a wider route for recurring software and partnership relationships.

  • Focused product entry points
  • Connected platform value
  • Shared governance foundation
  • Potential SaaS delivery model

03

Commercial progress is described honestly

SilvaSense™ is in commercial validation. AgriSense™ is in controlled trials. Operations™ and Field™ are in platform development. Intelligence™ is the governed analysis foundation, and Assistant™ remains an internal capability under development.

Tropos is not presenting the platform as generally available or operationally deployed. Current priorities are demonstrable workflows, evidence-led validation, controlled partnerships and the assurance needed for responsible adoption.

  • Commercial validation
  • Controlled trials
  • Platform development
  • Governed research assurance

04

Evidence-led de-risking

Tropos treats validation, provenance, operational authority and visible limitations as product features. The same discipline applies to company development: distinguish demonstrated capability from direction, applications from awards and observation from validated outcome.

Applications to the Forestry Commission’s Tree Production Innovation Fund and ARIA were made specifically for SilvaSense™ development and validation. They are not applications to fund the wider Tropos platform, and they remain funding applications unless and until an outcome is formally confirmed—not awards or endorsements.

  • Evidence before claims
  • Clear maturity boundaries
  • Controlled demonstrations and trials
  • SilvaSense™ funding status stated accurately

05

A multidisciplinary founding team

The team combines enterprise platform engineering and governance, commercial and public-sector forestry experience, practical drone operations and land-based field work. That mix shapes a platform intended to work from the realities of delivery outward.

Tropos Analytics holds a current PDRA01 Operational Authorisation, and Barry Jones, Iurii Adam and Jack Jones each hold a General VLOS Certificate. These credentials support operational competence; they do not imply autonomous-flight approval or general product availability.

  • Platform engineering
  • Forestry domain leadership
  • Drone and field operations
  • Operational competence

06

Opening a serious conversation

Tropos welcomes investors and strategic partners aligned with evidence-led environmental technology, patient validation and responsible commercialisation.

This page is an introduction, not an offer of securities or financial promotion. Funding requirements, valuation, forecasts, performance information and diligence materials will be shared only when verified and appropriate in a private discussion.

  • Strategic alignment
  • Private introduction
  • Verified information
  • Controlled diligence

07

Built inside-out, with forestry as the proving ground

The wider platform did not begin as a speculative portfolio. Operations™, Field™, Intelligence™ and Assistant™ grew from the practical systems needed to deliver SilvaSense™ responsibly: manage work, preserve capture provenance, govern analysis and communicate evidence clearly.

This inside-out route makes Tropos its own first demanding user. Capabilities can be exercised against real delivery needs before they are formalised for wider use, while forestry provides the first focused commercial proving ground for a reusable evidence architecture.

  • SilvaSense™ commercial spearhead
  • Internal operational need
  • Direct delivery feedback
  • Reusable platform foundations

08

A phased route from validation to repeatable revenue

The commercial route is deliberately staged: focused services and governed pilot work help validate the workflows, evidence and customer fit before repeatable product delivery and recurring software relationships are pursued.

The intended SaaS model can support an individual product, selected connected products or the wider platform. Packaging, service levels, tenant controls and availability remain under development, so this route is presented as commercial direction rather than current recurring revenue or general availability.

  • Services and governed pilots
  • Repeatable managed delivery
  • Product subscriptions
  • Connected platform relationships

09

What growth capital would accelerate

Growth capital would be directed towards the next evidence-producing milestones: completing validation work, strengthening benchmark and model-governance workflows, expanding field-reference coverage across sites and seasons, progressing Shared Platform services and adding appropriate engineering capacity.

These are development priorities, not guaranteed outcomes or a public funding offer. A verified use-of-funds plan, financial model, investment requirement and milestone schedule belong in private diligence.

  • Validation programme
  • Benchmark and governance capability
  • Field™-reference coverage
  • Platform and engineering capacity
