Tropos Assistant™

Make governed information easier to find, understand and act upon.

Assistant™ is the coordination and business-evidence interface across Tropos—helping authorised users work with source-linked information while each product retains ownership.

Internal capability development

01

A governed interface—not another source of truth

Assistant™ helps people navigate information held across Operations™, Field™, SilvaSense™, AgriSense™ and Intelligence™. It can present links, status and approved context without copying ownership of operational, field, scientific or customer records into an uncontrolled parallel system.

The underlying product remains authoritative. Assistant™ should always make it possible to return to the source evidence.

  • Source-linked information
  • Role-aware access
  • Read-only projections
  • Clear record ownership

02

Cross-product awareness

An authorised user may need to understand how a client requirement, field mission, analytical deliverable and research state relate to each other. Assistant™ is designed to connect those references and explain the current position without hiding product boundaries.

This creates a business cockpit over the platform while the specialist work remains in the relevant domain product.

  • Project and work context
  • Product status aggregation
  • Governed navigation
  • Business-facing summaries

03

Knowledge, documents and business memory

Assistant™ can make approved operational, technical and commercial information easier to find, preserve links between communications and work, and support evidence-grounded briefings or handovers.

Access remains role-aware: users should see only the organisations, sites, products and documents they are authorised to use.

  • Approved knowledge access
  • Document retrieval
  • Communication context
  • Role-aware presentation

04

Workflow and communication support

Assistant™ can help prepare updates, reports, handovers and next-step guidance using the governed information available to the user. Watches and rules may highlight missing information, deadlines or changes that require attention.

Assistance remains distinct from approval. Suggested text or a surfaced issue does not release a mission, approve a model or accept a client outcome.

  • Briefings and summaries
  • Draft communications
  • Rules and watches
  • Human-controlled next steps

05

Specialists can coordinate without becoming decision-makers

Tropos may use specialised participants for product, engineering or domain support. Their role is to retrieve, explain and coordinate within defined authority—not to silently change the systems of record or make regulated decisions.

Assistant™ does not run forestry detection, field capture, flight release or scientific publication as embedded subsystems. It opens or coordinates the owning product instead.

06

Current boundary

Assistant™ is an internal capability under continued development, not a generally available autonomous business system. Its value depends on controlled access, reliable source links and explicit approval boundaries.

It must never approve legal, safety, scientific, agronomic, operational or client decisions, and it must not present generated text as evidence without a traceable source.

07

From first contact to accountable closure

Assistant™'s longer-term role begins before operational work exists. It can support the capture of an enquiry or internal request, preserve the communication context, help authorised people establish what work is needed and connect that demand to the product responsible for delivery.

As work progresses, Assistant™ can surface status, exceptions and approved information; help prepare customer updates and report-delivery communications; and preserve the business context at closure. Operations™, Field™, SilvaSense™ and Intelligence™ remain authoritative for their specialist records throughout.

  • Customer and internal intake
  • Context-aware follow-up
  • Status and exception visibility
  • Report delivery and closure support
